If you choose 1st Class Mail shipping, which is the absolute cheapest method, there are risks to the buyers. And this affects both international & domestic orders. The U.S. Postal Service makes no guarantees that your order will arrive on time &/or that it will arrive at all. However in our experience, most if not all of the time 1st Class Shipping is great, with no problems at all! But please be aware that if you choose to ship this way, Too Fast can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

THE BIGGER QUESTIONS
Q: What happens after I place my order?
If everything is in stock, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We will email you a tracking number. Shipping times are subject to change during the peak holiday season. Please Note: If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will adjust your total based on availability and ship your order. We do not back-order any items.
Q: Why doesn't the link provided recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. Try tracking your package again the following day-it should work by then.
Q: I haven't received my package, what's going on?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (3-5 days for international). Also, remember we only ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information in it! If you're still concerned your order may have gone missing, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it for you.
Q: What if I received my order but item(s) were missing?
If you were billed for the item but did not receive it, please let us know right away, we are happy to fix any errors.
Q: Can I change the destination of my shipment after it has shipped?
Unfortunately, no we are unable to do that, once your order is out the door, we are unable to re-route it. But we are able to change the destination of your package before it leaves our warehouse. So try and hit us up quick if you need a change.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER QUESTIONS
Q: Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We accept overseas, Canadian, and APO/FPO orders on our website. You can choose your shipping address and shipping method during the checkout process!
Q: How much will I pay for international shipping?
Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the ‘Shipping Address’ page, you’ll see the price for your order.
Q: How much will I pay for taxes & duties?
Certain countries charge additional customs fees and/or additional independent carrier charges. Too Fast can not anticipate these costs. You will be responsible for them. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.
Q: Can you mark my order as a gift so I don't have to pay customs fees?
No we are not able to designate any packages as gifts. Sorry!
