Return Policy:

Returns on everything except shoes:

1) Item must be in perfect unworn condition with tags in place..This means no baby puke, no cat hair, no long green hairs or any other form of human waste attached to it.

2) You must be willing to agree to a restocking fee of 10%. This means, If you purchase something from us at 100.00 you will only be refunded 90.00.

3) There are no shipping refunds.

4) Items must be returned within 14 days after the item has been delivered.

Please include a letter of explanation, which should include the reason for return, order number, name, shipping address, phone number and email address. You will be refunded the proper amount and notified via e-mail.

Exchanges on everything except shoes:

You complete an exchange almost exactly the same way you would a return. Except, you will not incur any restocking fee. However we will charge the card on file for the return shipping which is usually about $5.00 USD.

BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR SHOES PLEASE READ!!!
1) Contact Maureen at Maureen@TooFastOnline.com. Please include your order # and let me know which shoes on that order you would like to return or exchange. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for size, please let me know the desired size of the new shoes that you would like.

2) Once I have that information, I will then e-mail you an RA#. This may take a day or two, please be patient we didn't forget about you!

3) All returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE and a $5.00 handling fee. If you are exchanging you will also be responsible for any reshipping fees.

4) Return the shoes in unworn, like new condition to with the RA # I have issued you marked clearly on the box to:

5) Once Pleaser receives your returned shoes, you will be issued a credit or your new shoes will be reshipped to you.
