Requirements for Returns and Exchanges

Item must be in perfect unworn condition with tags in place.  This means no baby puke, no cat hair, no long green hairs or any other form of human waste attached to it.

  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 21 days after the item has been delivered.
  • For footwear items must be shipped back in their shoe box, within another larger shipping box. In other words do not ship the shoebox as the outer box! We need the shoebox returned in good condition, just like the shoes.
  • No refunds or exchanges on bathing suits or lingerie.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
  • If the item you wish to return or exchange is Hades Footwear you must contact us for a return form before shipping the item
  • Items sent to us that are not in new condition will be sent back to the customer. This does not include your received damages that you inform us about.
  • If you use the RETURN TO SENDER method of sending goods back to us you are agreeing to allow us to charge you for the shipping (which will come out of your refund) and agreeing that you are a JERK!

  • No shipping refunds.
